Savills.com, The Heart Rooftop Garden, Walton on Thames, Surrey
We recently started managing the Heart Rooftop Garden located in Walton on Thames for the well known property management company, Savills.
The garden was in a poor overgrown state, in need of some serious TLC! Our team got stuck in and removed all the overgrown weeds, trimmed back the hedges and tidied up the borders. We now maintain the garden on a regular basis to keep it looking its best at all times.
We appointed Rosewood to try and bring our residential roof gardens back to their former glory. After a year of hard work, not only putting up with our own remedial works which caused considerable obstruction, along with comments and agreement from a number of third parties. The gardens now look stunning and are once again and asset to the heart. I can not thank the team at Rosewood enough for their passion, hard work and for putting up with us! Well Done.

We carry out regular maintenance for a number of properties owned under Kites Property Services Ltd.
We maintain the grounds of London House/Wey House in Woking, The Brew House in Woking, Florence House in Guildford and Worplesdon House in Guildford. Our tasks include regular weed control to maintain high health and safety standards at all times, maintenance of flowerbeds and grassy areas, upkeep of pavements and block paving and leaf clearance/ shrub and hedge management.
